1:1 8-Week Mindfulness for Stress Course Based on Breathworks
Hi, I’m Dawid Faron, a mindfulness teacher based in Poland. I’ve been practising mindfulness and meditation since 2008 and teaching groups for over 10 years. I’m a certified Breathworks teacher, and my approach combines mindfulness with compassion, self-awareness and a practical understanding of how stress affects the body and mind. I work with people who want more than just a few relaxation techniques. Mindfulness can help us notice what is happening, understand our patterns and make real changes in the way we live and work. I offer online courses, meditation practices and 1:1 mentoring for people from around the world.
